Wingspan Asia is several different things:
- A stand-alone game for 1 player or 2 players - Duet mode that can be used with any bird/bonus cards
- A card expansion to the original Wingspan - any bird/bonus cards across any Wingspan game or expansion can be combined
- A 6-7 player expansion via the new Flock mode - for which the player components from the core game are necessary
It includes components for 2 players:
- 2 double-sided player mats
- a set of 5 food dice
- a deck of 90 bird cards specific to Asia
- 30 dark red wooden egg miniatures
- 2 swift-start guides
- Additionally there are tokens, boards and rules for both the Duet Mode (2P) and Flock Mode (6-7 with base Wingspan)
Per publisher rules, this item will only begin shipping on December 9, 2022.
