Rain City Games is seeking motivated, personable, responsible, outgoing, and friendly individuals with customer service experience and a passion for board and card games to join our team. Both part time and full time positions are available.
The full time position requires a minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
Rain City Games is a locally owned retail outlet specializing in providing people with board games, card games, roleplaying games, puzzles, Gundam models as well as various accessories.
As a sales associate at Rain City Games, you are the one who welcomes customers to the store, makes them feel at home, and helps them find a game that will bring together friends and family.
Front of House – You will be responsible for greeting customers, ringing through purchases, answering questions over the phone and in person about our products, services and events. You must be comfortable talking to customers regarding their purchases, comments, and complaints. Stellar customer service skills are essential!
Game Enthusiast – A passion for board games and card games is a must! We require a strong grasp of various board games to recommend, teach and answer customer questions. You must be open-minded and willing to learn new board games from a variety of genres.
Keyholder Duties – You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, administering returns, receiving stock and completing daily paperwork.
