To complete your return as a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Except in the case of refunding preorders, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within 48 hours of your request. If you prefer, we can also issue refunds as store credit applied to your customer account.
We cannot entertain refunds or exchanges for the following products:
Please note that credit card refunds can take as long as 5-10 days to process, though typically they're much faster.
If it's been over a week and your refund still hasn't arrived, please double-check your bank account and credit card. Remember that it can take as long as 10 days for credit card refunds to process.
