To complete your return as a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund policy

  • Except in the case of refunding preorders, refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within 48 hours of your request. If you prefer, we can also issue refunds as store credit applied to your customer account.
  • Refunds of preorder items will only be made in store credit.
  • Refunds and exchanges will not be entertained, at all, for any purchased Magic: The Gathering singles.
  • Refunds and exchanges will not be entertained, at all, for any sealed trading card game (TCG) product once that product has left our store. This includes Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon.
  • Refunds for Rain City Games online events and other services will only be entertained if the service was not provided and we determine the fault to be our own.

Please note that credit card refunds can take as long as 5-10 days to process, though typically they're much faster.


Late or missing refunds

If it's been over a week and your refund still hasn't arrived, please double-check your bank account and credit card. Remember that it can take as long as 10 days for credit card refunds to process.
