Rain City Games entertains refunds and exchanges up to 90 days after a purchase. To complete your return as a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund policy

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within 48 hours of your request. If you prefer, we can also issue refunds as store credit applied to your customer account.

Refunds for Rain City Games events and other services will only be entertained if the service was not provided and we determine the fault to be our own, or if a customer requests to cancel an order for an upcoming event at least one hour prior to that event.

In the case of shipped orders, we will deduct $10 from your final refund amount to cover return shipping fees.

We cannot entertain refunds or exchanges for the following products:

  • Final sale products - anything discounted at 20% off in our Sale section, mystery bags, etc.
  • Preorders of TCG Products
  • Special order items
  • Magic: The Gathering singles
  • Sealed trading card game (TCG) product that has left our store premises, including Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon
  • Any item sold during a Used Game Sale

Please note that credit card refunds can take as long as 5-10 days to process, though typically they're much faster.

Late or missing refunds

If it's been over a week and your refund still hasn't arrived, please double-check your bank account and credit card. Remember that it can take as long as 10 days for credit card refunds to process.
