Something has gone terribly wrong on the Rimor 89. Crew are failing to report for duty, strange sounds are echoing throughout the vessel, and it feels as though the ocean itself is trying to eat the submarine alive. Can the remaining crew figure out what is happening? Or will the Rimor 89 end up as yet another wreck on the ocean floor?

Wednesday, October 15 - Piece by Piece

The Daedalus Robotics Lab is in lockdown after personnel were fatally compromised in a random incident. Reports are linking the events to a work tool found at the scene, now classified as Artifact 21. Further details are undisclosed.

Daedalus Robotics Lab’s parent company, Jensen‐Hung, is excited to offer an attractive opportunity to any self‐motivated freelancers in the sector! Taking on the important role of Temporary Maintenance Crew, contractees are tasked with retrieving Artifact 21 for analysis. Caution is advised; discretion is enforced.

Jensen-Hung reminds its contractees that they are legally distinct from employees, and as such will receive no compensation in the event they are compromised. Your crew must investigate the lab, identify Artifact 21, and retrieve it.

Wednesday, October 22 - The Haunting of Ypsilon-14

During a routine cargo job on a remote asteroid mining base you learn that one of the workers has disappeared. No blood, no body, no record of the airlock opening. Just gone. And that's not the only unexplainable thing that has been happening on Ypsilon-14... What is the alien material at the heart of the asteroid? What do the weird events around the base have to do with it? Who, if anyone, can be trusted? And can you make it out alive before you also disappear?

Wednesday, October 29 - The Year of the Rat

You are contractors who have been sent to retrieve the black box of the casino ship, The Year of the Rat, for the insurance company Flysafe. The casino ship went missing a month ago, resulting in a 10mcr (10 million credit) insurance claim. Flysafe intends on denying this claim and have hired you to secure the black box for this purpose and as payment you have been granted full salvage rights, which, if done correctly, means a very, very big payday for you. However, if you fail, Flysafe will likely ensure you will be on the hook for the insurance policy. Best to get in and get out as fast as possible... before whatever has happened to this ship comes calling.

The Year of the Rat is a dungeon-crawl-inspired adventure that contains references and content related to musophobia (fear of rats), body horror, gore, dismemberment and general violence. Player discretion is advised.
