When you enter Rain City Games for an event or program, you enter an area and venue where photography, audio, and video recording may take place.
By entering the venue premises for an event, you consent to the use of of your image, likeness, actions, and/or statements in connection with all forms of photography, audio, and video recordings for their release, publication, and/or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, website, social media, news, live streams/webcasts, and/or any other purpose by Big Stompy Games, Inc., its employees, and authorized representatives. Images, photos, audio and video recordings may be used to promote and highlight similar events in the present or in the future.
By entering the premises, you waive all rights and claims to receive compensation in connection to the use of your image, likeness, actions, and/or statements in connection with all forms of photography, audio, and video recordings, including (but not limited to) the above mentioned reasons, regardless of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship was charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, audio and/or video recording taken by Big Stompy Games, Inc., its employees, and/or authorized representatives. You release Big Stompy Games, Inc., its employees, representatives, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of images, photographs, audio and video recordings.
